With so many versions of the Nic Fit deck, it's hard to say which matchup is good and which is bad for this deck. However, each of the variants has common features, so presenting an overview of matchups for the entire archetype will not be difficult. Please pay attention to this when reading the descriptions below.
Delver
Nic Fit is sometimes referred to as the "Anti-Delver". The reason for this is simple. Nic Fit's gameplan is the opposite of what Delver tries to do against an opponent. Cards like wasteland or Daze are not as effective. Murktide Regent might be a problematic threat to handle because without access to the white removal spell Swords to Plowshares, it's hard to take a similar threat off the table. Stifle can be a problem as well, so playing against Delver make sure, you name this card with Cabal Therapy out of fear.
Answering the question of what cards should be sided against Delver, it should definitely be more removal and gravehate cards, thanks to which we weaken the performance of cards like the mentioned Regent or Dragon Rage Channeler. If playing Nic Fit we have access to the red color, Red elemental blasts/Pyroblasts can also be a good choice.

Maverick
Another good matchup for Nic Fit is Maverick. Generally speaking, the only cards we can be afraid of in this matchup - are Knight of the Reliquary and Questing Beast. Other cards playing in Maverick are unlikely to pose a threat to us. Of course, you should always be careful and it's possible to lose this matchup, for example, by incompetently playing lands that are easy to destroy with a Wasteland.
The cards we play in the main are usually enough and you don't need to add anything from the sideboard for Maverick. Possible sideboard option is Plague Engineer, from which the creature type should be named - Human, as they are the most common in Maverick.

Death & Taxes
Third best matchup for Nic Fit, regardless of whether we are dealing with the standard 60 card version of Taxes or maybe the 80 card version - Yorion Taxes. Pernicious Deed is an absolutely brilliant card in this matchup, devastating the entire opponent's board. As in every match, we can lose against Taxes in situations when they are on play, they will play fast Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Mother of Runes and have Rishadan Port to cut us off from mana. Cards to be feared are the sided ones Cataclysm and equipment Kaldra Compleat.
What do we side in? If we are not playing main Deeds, we throw them into the deck. If we do not play them, any other form of mass removal is useful like Plague Engineer, Toxic Deluga or cards that block the effect of artifacts in the character of Collector Ouphe together with Force of Vigor.

Initiative Stompy
Overall, for Nic Fit, this is a matchup in our favor. Pernicious Deed here is not necessarily as good a card as it seems at first. Initiative can often start the game in a very explosive way, so we may not be able to play deed on time. Moreover, threats played in Initiative often have the same mana cost as cards played in our deck.
As with other aggro decks, in a game with Initiative Stompy, it's worth adding more removal and removing things from the mainboard that can slow us down. If you're playing against a version of a deck that uses red in its roster, you might want to consider using it Hydroblasts/Blue elemental blasts.

4c Control
Nic Fit's matchups with control decks are very dependent on the version you're playing. Fair versions of Nic Fit will have a better matchup than combo versions. Generally 4c Control is a 50/50 matchup. Neither deck has a clear advantage over the other. It is worth focusing on eliminating threats that can disturb us a lot. This will be Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath and Minsc & Boo. In some versions we can also come across Endurance.
In terms of sideboarding, it's definitely worth putting Blue or Red Blasts and cards that can handle Uro and the hamster. It's worth remembering that gravehate doesn't hurt this deck so much because the only card in this deck that is more closely related to the grave is this unjust titan.
UWx Control
Nic Fit's matchup with decks like UWx Control is confusingly similar to that of 4c Control. Very good in this matchup are cards called "combat planeswalkers", which have the ability to produce token creatures. Creatures, which can't be countered can also be a good choice - Shifting Ceratops or Thrun, the Last Troll.
Currently, good walkers used in Nic Fit include:
-
Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes
-
Vraska, Golgari Queen
-
Liliana, the Last Hope
-
Professor Onyx
-
Jace, the Mind Sculptor
-
Chandra, Awakened Inferno- whose entry into the game in this matchup heralds our immediate win
-
Vivien Reid
-
Nissa, Vital Force
-
Grist, the Hunger Tide
-
Kaya, Orzhov Usurper
-
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
-
Karn Liberated
-
Elspeth, Sun's Champion

Lands
Lands is one of the worse matchups for Nic Fit because Nic Fit usually doesn't play cards that interact with lands. The only possible answers may be Assassin's Trophy or Boseiju, Who Endures.
Recently, a card was printed that greatly improves this matchup -Toxicrene. For some unknown reason, however, he is not seen in our deck lists very often.
It's worth to side out Cabal Therapy, because it is a card that does practically nothing here. Instead, we add answers to the grave and ways to get rid of the Marit Lage token.

Reanimator
Reanimator is one of the worse matchups for Nic Fit. Very often it matters who starts and if we start the game, naming correctly the card with Cabal Therapy, the game might end in our favor. If the opponent starts, the chances of winning anything in such a game are very small.
Sideboarding can also be difficult, because throwing gravehate cards on this deck is not so obvious. The post side reanimator uses the card Show & Tell with the purpose of which is simply to bypass Leyline of the Void. It's definitely a good move to replace the removal with a better one, so any "sacrifice creature" effects should do the job. Teching red blasts on Show & Tell, knowing that the opponent is playing it may not be a good idea either, as it may turn out to be the only blue card played by the opponent. It might be a good idea however to use Veil of Summer and white cards with effects like Containment Priest.

Show & Tell
Matchup with Show & Tell is a bit better for our deck than matchup with Reanimator. Here, in general, the whole game is about whether the opponent manages to play the card Show & Tell. Don't worry if this spell resolves, it's not game over. It largely depends on what the opponent throws into the game with it. If it will Omniscience, we lost. If it will be Griselbrand, we have a chance. But if we see Emrakul, it will mean a weak start of our opponent and no other options for him. Sometimes the game can take on a more difficult theme if the opponent uses Sneak Attack. We can destroy this enchantment in response to the activation, but Emrakul's swing tends to be a scoop.
Good cards in this matchup, that's for sure Red / Blue Blasts. Reds are slightly better than blues, but blues can work as well. In addition, as in the case of the Reanimator, effective removal in the form of the classic "sacrifice the creature" and also Containment Priest, should do the job. It's worth not to side out the entire removal responsible for destroying small creatures, because some versions of S&T also play Ice-Fang Coatl or Fable of the Mirror Breaker.

Elves
Another one of the worst matchups for Nic Fit. I know it may seem different, but presence of Pernicious Deed doesn't change much since Elves play the card Boseiju, Who Endures. Keeping Deed in the table can be crucial when the opponent wants to spin around to kill you. However, it is worth considering other threats from the elves - for example Craterhoof Behemoth is a hard one to kill with Deed, so is the card Progenitus.
So what's great about this matchup are things that, like Deed, constantly allow you to disrupt your opponent.Plague Engineer calling Elves will definitely work,Containment Priest will definitely come in handy because its effect blocks cards like Green Sun's Zenith or Natural Order. If you're playing Nic Fit in Sultai colors, it's also worth using in this matchup Leovold, Emmisary of Trest, which prevents your opponent from drawing more than one card per turn, effectively blocking Glimpse of Nature.

Doomsday
Unfortunately, one of the worst matchups for Nic Fit, because the only card with which we can do anything and not let the opponent beat us is Endurance. In versions of our deck that play blue, it can also be helpful to add Levolold, but it doesn't stop the enemy's combo, it only slows it down.
Endurance must be played in 4 copies if we're not playing a main set, maybe a little more discard, and if we're playing Nic Fit with blue, counter magic of all sorts. However, this cannot protect us from the opponent's deck, because Doomsday plays discards and counterspells himself. Opposition Agentis a super strong card for this deck, so you may need to resort to such answers sometimes.

Painter
Painter's matchup with Nic Fit is unique in its own way because the good card pool for Painter is huge. We often have to decide to play only the best answers for this deck. I really wouldn't want to put on every matchup Endurance, but fortunately and unfortunately also in this matchup he can be very good. Painter has lines of play when he uses his own grave. As you surely know, Painter is a deck that has aggro, combo and prison elements, so when playing against him you should assume that he will attack from all sides.
Sideboarding in this matchup can be very difficult, but fortunately there are cards that we should always consider.Collector Ouphe, Force of Vigor, Veil of Summer, Red / Blue Blasts. What we put in the deck, apart from the cards mentioned above, is largely up to us. Why not grave cards and why not cards that remove other cards out of play like Surgical Extraction? Because Painter sometimes plays Karn, who has the ability to pull artifacts out of the game. Why Veil of Summer? This green spell can accidentally protect us from being milled to death with Grindstone for one turn and pick us an answer to the opponent's board. It also protects our permaments and us from blue and black plays - that is, in case the opponent decides to choose this color from Painter's Servant.
Cloudpost
Finally, I decided to present the worst possible matchup for Nic Fit. I'm aware that Cloudpost has a reputation as a deck that doesn't do much other than ramp up. That's the problem though, our own ramp helps this deck a lot in playing its threats, and the removal we're playing doesn't do much to the threats played in Cloudpost. As I mentioned above, Nic Fit is rather average against land cards - which in the case of this matchup could be important. Nic Fit's only chance of winning this matchup is to play main combo options Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Aprrentice or Scapeshift + Valakut.
The sideboard for this deck should have cards that would be able to deal with threats like Titan Primeval or Ulamog. A good idea would be to combine the hate in the character of Toxicrene + Opposition Agent. With these two creatures under our control, it's hard to imagine us losing.
It may also be possible to use Damping Sphere which effectively blocks the amount of mana accumulated from lands played in Cloudpost.
